This event will provide an insight into the current nanosafety research and coordination efforts on both the UK and European levels and offer a chance for attendees to learn about the exciting preliminary results of the EU FP7 NanoSustain project. Speakers will include representatives of the UK Health & Safety Executive, UK University Safety and Health Association, and NANOfutures initiatives, and NanoSustain Work Package leaders will report on their initial findings. Attendees will be encouraged to participate through a panel discussion on the current status of European nanosafety research and coordination and its future development.
